Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Rehoboth Threads piece. We offer exchanges within 2 days of delivery for all ready-to-wear items, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or require a different size, we will gladly assist you with an exchange subject to our 2-day policy window.
Made-to-Measure
Due to the personalized nature of our bespoke and made-to-measure services, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an objective defect in craftsmanship.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact us immediately within the 2-day window. Please include your order reference number and the reason for the exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item to us for an exchange.
